Shipment processing time
-All orders are processed within 24 hours(weekend or weekdays).

-While we will make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time, international customs processing
may occasionally delay shipments.
-Products can not be shipped to PO boxes

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
PPE Sports Pinnies will send you an email after your order has been processed, acknowledging its receipt. A follow-
up email will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfillment center. That email will contain a Canada Post
tracking number. Track your order through the Canada Post website using the tracking number provided in your
order confirmation email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
PPE Sports Pinnies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or
after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
PPE Sports Pinnies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order
damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging
material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product
must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Shipping fees are for the service provided by the carrier and will not be
refunded if the item is returned for any reason.
